Milagen has a unique set of proprietary products for the in vitro diagnostic (IVD) industry. The Company currently manufactures a first line of immunohistochemistry products as aid to the pathologist, and will be soon offering a second line of new proprietary IVD products for disease monitoring and recurrence.

Current Products

Milagen offers a first line of selected proprietary antibodies as class I medical devices for immunohistochemistry and immunocytology applications, used after the primary diagnosis of any tumor (neoplasm) has been made by conventional histopathology using non-immunologic histochemical stains, such as hematoxylin and eosin.

Milagen offers primary and secondary monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies. Antibodies can be provided either concentrated or ready to use according to end-user needs.

Upcoming Products
Milagen is also developing a second line of IVD products including a unique collection of monoclonal antibodies that recognize biomarkers in diseased tissues and in biological fluids such as serum. This new generation of proprietary IVD products will be intended for disease surveillance, recurrence and monitoring in major cancers (breast, cervix, colon, lung, ovary, prostate, pancreatic cancers).

• Tissue-based IVD assays: proprietary monoclonal antibodies that recognize tissue biomarkers in patients to confirm cancer recurrence.
• Serum-based IVD assays: non-invasive and easy-to-use assays based on proprietary monoclonal antibodies that recognize serum biomarkers in cancer patients. Such assays will be used for disease monitoring in patients who have been already diagnosed with cancer.
